With the rapid development of science technique and industrial production, especially for the aviation, aerospace, guided missile and electronic industrial technology. The requirements of Ni-based alloys are increased largely. But the quality of Ni-based alloy produces in China can't match with foreign products. So we need to import a large number of Ni-based alloys which are mainly wires and so on. These products have a higher request to the non-metallic inclusions that is why the quality of local products can not keep up with foreign products. Therefore, this passage study on the non-metallic inclusions in Ni-based function alloy 4J43, Cr20Ni80 and Ni-based heatalloy MAN900.We extract non-metallic inclusions in Ni-based alloys by a new electrolyte that develop by ourselves. Then, calculate the total contents of the inclusions in alloy, analyse the size, the shape and the compositions of inclusions with SEM, EPMA and XRD.The shapes of the inclusions in Ni-based function alloy 4J43 and Cr20Ni80 are mainly block, strip and spherical. The main composition is TiN(TiNo.76), and simple compounds or complex compounds constitute with Al, Si, Ca, Mn, Fe. The size of the inclusions have slightly differences in this two kinds of function alloys, but the big size inclusions in Cr20Ni80 are mucher, in which most size of main inclusions is < 20μm. Although the shape and composition of the inclusions are similar in two kinds of function alloys, the size and proportion of the same shape inclusion in the different alloy is different, the composition form of the same element in two kinds of incision of alloys is also different. The composition of MAN900 is completely different, which are mainly Cu3Ti3O, Ni3Fe, Ni2Mo4C and so on. The content of inclusions in MAN900 is higher, because it use the different technics of centrifugal casting.This text analysis thermodynamics estimate in the reaction balance that the steel liquid and the inclusions reached. In the alloying process, if do not account the[Al]andα[o] to the influence of the inclusions in the steel, when the steel liquid reaction reach to balance, the possible inclusions are SiO2, MnO·SiO2,3MnO·Al2O3·3SiO2,MnO·Al2O3 and Al2O3. If take them consideration, when[Al] <0.5×10-6,the possible inclusions are mainly SiO2 and MnO·SiO2;when [Al] is at 0.5×10-6-2.5×10-6, the possible inclusions are mainly 3MnO·Al2O3·3SiO2 and MnO·Al2O3;when [Al]>2.5×10-6, the possible inclusions is just Al2O3; Whereas, whenα[o]]>0.0090, the possible inclusions are mainly SiO2 and MnO·SiO2, whenα[o] is at 0.0045-0.0090, the possible inclusions are mainly 3MnO·Al2O3·3SiO2 and MnO·Al2O3; whenα[o] < 0.0045, the inclusion is just Al2O3.
