The Starch Alkylpolyglycosides(APG) is a pure natural non-ionic surfactant.It is a renewable resources which can be combined from starch as raw materials.It is widely used in many areas,such as in daily chemical,industrial cleaning,food industry and agriculture,just for it's excellent properties like non-toxic, biodegradable,moisturizing properties,excellent emulsifying properties,compatibility performance and ultra-low surfactant.According to the introduction,APG also has properties of broad-spectrum antimicrobial.At present,research in this area less,there is no detailed report,so this article researched APG properties on the antibacterial.Silver has broad-spectrum bactericidal effect,It is a safe natural environmentally friendly fungicides,and basically do not have a bacterial drug resistance,the nano-silver status in the bactericidal ability of a lot of progress,only a few of nano-silver can have a powerful bactericidal action.Nano-silver can find a suitable vector spread and become nano-silver antimicrobial agents can facilitate the use of the key security questions.In this paper,APG and nano-silver dispersio antimicrobial is studied.The experiment investigate the inhibitory bacterium effect of C8-10,C12 and Pilot Product to the E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus through nutitional broth dilution method.The inhibitory bacterium effect of three APG are obvious in the former 6h.The inhibitory bacterium effect of C8-10 on bacteria are obvious in 6h-9h. The inhibitory effect C12 and test products on the bacteria disappeared in low concentrations.After 24h the determination of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC),the C8-10,Pilot Product and C12.The MIC of the three APG to the E.coli are 0.03125g/ml,0.25g/ml and 0.0156g/ml;The MIC of the three APG to Staphylococcus aureus are 0.0625g/ml,0.25g/ml and 0.0625g/ml.The APG whose concentration low the MIC inhibitory effect gradually decreased,and whose concentration lower than the MIC promote bacterial growth.Through bacterial culture counts,the concentration of MIC or higher than the MIC for the APG,the inhibitory rate of bacteria more than 99%,the bacteriostatic effect of law in line with the absorbance.The nano-silver particles dispersed in the liquid on the surface are affected by the factors of wetting,inter-particle energy,double-layer electrostatic energy,space resistance function,etc.According to this theory using ABS,Tween 80,sodium silicate compound,The best preparation process conditions were obtained through method of high-speed shearing and ultrasound:the concentration of sodium silicate is 0.5%,the concentration of ABS is 0.5%the concentration of Tween 80 is 2%, ultrasonic time is 1.5h.Transmission electron microscopy observation,Nano-silver disperser was evenly and stability.Through the agar dilution method minimum inhibitory concentration,silver nano-dispersion for the E.coli8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 the MIC are 50μg/g.
