With the development of socio-economic and urbanization, Part of the living community with more than a short distance of the city or the plot sewage does not have the condition to enter the city sewage treatment plant temporarily,In which majority directly has not dispersed into the rivers and streams lake after processing。especially in particular inferior in is far away the city draining water pipe network the guesthouse, the villa, the residential district and so on. Usually the all smears and the waste water directly disperse into the peripheral river course, the lake or guards against Honggou.the environment is polluted,the water source is polluted too,and the water resource is also limited for developing and using.Through a series of experiments and research, To the sewage in MLSS, MLVSS, BOD, COD, TN, NH3-N, NO3-N, NO2-N, TP, the soluble phosphate, DO, PH, the turbidity, the biological equal many targets carry on the monitor analysis, under the existing condition ,we proposed unifies the sewage treatment and the traditional process. Simultaneously we need to optimize the improvement membrane unit and the reactor structural style. To causes the membrane biology reactor as the core unit which achieves the project application. Experiment proving, this membrane biology reactor combination craft to COD, BOD elimination rate above 80%,the elimination rate of TN is 61.7%, in the stable movement elimination rate of NH3-N may reach as high as 90%, To the organic matter, the nitrogen also have the obvious elimination effect. In a word, The membrane biology reactor combination craft surpasses other biological treatment craft obviously to the sewage many target elimination effect, the second reactor takes the comparison. The oligochaeta worm reactor dischargeable capacity is 5L, we select the drift method, separately by the dissociation worm growth area, adheres to stick cohere (mix padding which the worm growth area installment filiform polypropylene plastic and coral sand are composed) and the liquid-solid separation area composes, These oligochaeta worm reactor uses for to process the surplus sludge which discharges from an experimental scale membrane biology reactor system, in order to avoid worm outflow and sludge agglomeration the liquid-solid separation area sludge carries on the backflow, in the entire testing monitors the analysis the target to have the temperature, the PH value, in sludge intermixture supernate TOC, intermixture density (TSS) and so on. We take this membrane as the example for having conducted the pollution membrane purging method research, after indicated passes through the spatial aeration, the counter-flushing, the running water flushing, the sodium hydroxide soda wash, the sulfuric acid acid pickling and the super-sonic oscillation clean the result is that: the membrane flux restored 87%, the first three purging method only is removes the membrane the external drag, to pollutes the membrane the flux to restore has not played the basic role。Finally for using in sanitary sewage processing to this craft carrying on the sketchy enlargement design and the technical economic analysis,,the result of demonstration date process load for 1.0×104m3 the integration MBR project fixed investment is 2425 Yuan /m3, the movement cost is 1.61 Yuan /m3, the quality of leakage water is very good,which can be used directly. This craft has the huge economy and the environment benefit in sanitary sewage processing.
