Research On Poverty Elimination By Tourism Development In The Karst Rock Desertification

In the last few years,agriculture,country and peasant,as focal point and difficult point,which influence China's political situation and the further development of economy,have already caused the great attention of the Party and our government. There are more than 40 million absolute populations below the poverty line now in the county of the China;the population distribution is in 1/3 of the rural areas in the whole country.Karsts areas have a most typical frail ecological environment,complex human-land system and unreasonable social and economic activities of human beings that lead to intense human-land conflict,destruction of vegetation,soil erosion,bare rock,falling productive forces of the land and the land surface appearing as desert form visual sense.This article divides into six parts.The first part was the foreword.It mainly summarizes the domestic and foreign research,the theoretical investigation,the research technique,the research advancement,the technical route and so on.It has laid the rationale for helping the karst rock desertification to away form poverty by developing tourism.Secondly,second and three parts through the traveling development to analyze governing environment of karst rock desertification,intrinsic mechanism,benefiting,and system optimization.It got out developing tourism are the effective way to escape form poverty in the Guizhou karst rock desertification area. Finally,fourth,five parts is developing strategy and the real diagnosis research.It is discussing concrete countermeasure to escape form poverty in the Guizhou karst rock desertification area.
