PASP and PESA as high-performance environment-friendly green water treatment agents have been widely used. But there are less research on their application in coal-fired power plant circulated cooling water. Their scale inhibition performances are studied aimed at circulated cooling water in coal-fired power plant in this article, and are also compared with other inhibitors which contain phosphorus. Corrosion inhibition performance of PASP is studied aimed at condenser pipe copper (HSn-70A), and the combination of four agents is studied by orthogonal experimental to find the optimum proportion. They show excellent corrosion inhibition performance when the ratio is 10mg/L PASP + 0.5mg/L BTA + 20mg/L sodium molybdate + 10mg/L sodium gluconate. Corrosion inhibition performance of PESA and its complex are studied in the same method. Optimum scheme contain 10mg/L PESA, 0.5mg/L BTA, 2mg/L Zn2+ and 10mg/L sodium gluconate. Corrosion inhibition behavior of PASP, PESA and their optimum scheme are studied by electrochemistry experiments. The results show that: Both of the optimum schemes can fully prevent the generation of CaCO3. The corrosion inhibition rates of copper are 99.17% and 98.99% under the condition of using PASP optimum scheme and PESA optimum scheme. The optimum schemes are environment-friendly green water treatment agents of high-performance. There are broad prospects for their application in power plant circulated cooling water treatment.
