The quantity of Todarodes pacificus 's gut wastes was increased with years and there was not good method of utilizing Todarodes pacificus 's gut wastes effectively at present. The research adopted commercial proteinase to enzymatic hydrolysis Todarodes pacificus 's gut. The nutritional ingredients and nocuousness factors of enzymatic hydrolysate liquid were also analyzed. The research adopted OU-2 macorpoorus adsoprtion resin and melanin from Todarodes pacificus 's ink to remove the excessive heavy mental cadmium of enzymatic hydrolysate liquid in order to provide premise for safety food. The details of the paper were as follows.1. The technology of enzymatic hydrolysis was investigated about Todarodes pacificus 's gut. The results of single factor experiment suggested that 6 hours was optimum enzymatic hydrolysis time. The result of the orthogonal experiment suggested that the effect from three factors (temperature, initial pH and water addition ratio) was prominent on the content ofα-amino nitrogen in supernatant. The mathematical model that was y = - 2.8942 + 0.0372x1 + 1.321x2 - 0.051x3 - 0.0093 x1x2 + 0.00052x1x3 + 0.00243x2x3 + 0.00398x12 - 0.0234x22 - 0.00143x32 , was eastablished for enzymatic hydrolysis of Todarodes pacificus 's gut. The optimum conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis were as follows: temperature (45. 9oC), water addition ratio (0.38:1), initial pH (6.02). There was good coherence lied between verification test and predicted value . The results of verification test showed that the mathematical model could welly predicte the relationship between the content ofα-amino nitrogen in supernatant and temperature, initial pH and water addition ratio.2. The condition of OU-2 macorpoorus adsoprtion resin that used for removing the excessive heavy mental cadmium was researched. The results of static adsorption experiment were as follows: The adsorption properity of OU-2 macorpoorus adsoprtion resin to heavy mental cadmium in enzymatic hydrolysate liquid according to the Freundilich adsorption isotherm, the equation is Qe = 0.305 Ce0.525, attribute to the favorable adsorption eqeation. Temperature, pH, salinity has effects to the adsorption, there is a preferably linear connection between the temperature and parameter of Freundilich adsorption isotherm; acid and alkali is deleterious to the adsorption; a little of salt has obvious effect to add the adsorption quantity to heavy mental cadmium, the capacity of OU-2 macorpoorus adsoprtion resin was 25.6g per kilogram of enzymatic hydrolysate liquid in static adsorption. The results of dynamic adsorption experiment showed that the down moving rate of adsorption band was 0.069m/h, the thickness of adsorption band was 0.069m, the dynamic adsorption was 0.679mg /mL, the capacity of OU-2 macorpoorus adsoprtion resin was 14.7mL per kilogram of enzymatic hydrolysate liquid in dynamic adsorption. The stability tests demonstrate the the recycling property of OU-2 macorpoorus adsoprtion resin is satisfactory.3. The condition of melanin from Todarodes pacificus 's ink that used for removing the excessive heavy mental cadmium was researched. The effects of the quantity of melanin from Todarodes pacificus 's ink, pH, adsorption time, adsorption temperature on cadmium removing ratio were investigated by single factor experiments. It educed the ranges in quadrature reaction. By the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design, the mathematical model that was y = 78.648 + 2.84x1 + 5.258x2 + 6.408x3 - 6.913x4 - 3.987x22 - 4.62x32 - 0.946x1x3 + 0.921x1x4 - 2.078x2x3 - 1.364x3x4, was eastablished. The results showed that the optimize conditions were pH=5.5, temperatre=35℃, the quantity of melanin= 0.95%, time= 1.8h, the removing rate of heavy mental cadmium was 99.1%, the content of remnant heavy mental cadmium in enzymatic hydrolysate liquid according with relative criterion in GB2762-2005 and GB10133-2005.
