The clay stabilizing is an important subject that oil field development faces. At present, it is generally acknowledged that it is two important factors of damaging penetrance of these minerals to swell and transport and move. In the course of swelling, the clay sucks water in the crystal structure, cause the increase of the clay volume,thus stop up the stratum narrow passage; In the course of transporting and moving, clay material disperse outside liquid, for produce liquid carry, form the bridge to hinder or reduce expenditure and click in the hole venturi of the capillary then cause the decline of the stratum penetrance. Prevent injuries commonly used method is to use clay stabilizer. Low permeability reservoirs generally high clay content, pore radius, with low permeability, high molecular weight cationic polymer clay stabilizers often exacerbate the low permeability reservoir permeability of the injury, So small and low clay stabilizing agent in the use of low-permeability oilfield development process plays a key role.In this paper, synthesis of two quaternary ammonium-based clay stabilizer, and indoor experiments conducted anti-swelling evaluation of clay and clay stabilizing agent optimization experiments. The main results are as follow:For the high water sensitivity in low-permeability reservoir characteristics of oil fields, a series of organic cationic polymer clay stabilizer of dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin were synthesized by Cross-Linking. The influences of the factors such as the kind and the amount of cross-linking modified additives, polymerization temperature, and molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine, and polymerization time on the characteristics of polyamine flocculants were investigated. Adopting infrared spectrums, nuclear magnetism resonances meaned to characterize their structures,the results indicate that the products are in conformity with their theory structures.In this paper, quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized with epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine. Furthermore the optimized synthesis conditions of reaction were studied on reaction temperature, material ratio, reaction time, solvent and solvent accounted for the reaction system total mass and so on. For the high water sensitivity in low-permeability reservoir characteristics of oil fields, we have chosen the eight kinds of different types of clay stabilizer, clay stabilizing agent to carry out the optimization of the experimental contrast. Through lab experiments on the synthesis of quaternary clay stabilizer of two anti-expansion analysis of the performance evaluation, testing two types of clay stabilizer and anti-swelling properties of the rate of core damage and to determine the clay into the concentration of stabilizer.In indoor experiments of clay core stabilizer into the process simulation and composite-treated experimental reservoir protection, this article proceeded to increase reservoir acidification was an important means of core penetration, the use of acid concentration and a reasonable reaction time were optimized and determined.
