Grouting material is an indispensable part of grouting technology, which has developed several tens species until now. However, each slurry has certain applicable condition, we must continuously research new grouting material to solve water plugging and strengthening problems in different hydrogeology condition.Aiming at the hydrogeology features of fault zone and basement crust of weathering, this paper developed suspending agent 1 class slurry which applied to water resistant fault and suspending agent 2 class "plastic and early- strength cement composite grout" which applied to water conductive fault and Weathering Zone. The slurry is an innovation in grouting filed which colligated the advantages of clay cement grout and cement slurry.The rheological characteristics of grout has been studied by NXS-11A Rotational Viscometer. The result shows that the flow pattern of grout accord with the Bingham model. The viscosity of grout is time-dependent, and the law conforms to an exponential function.The self-developed multi-channel hydration heat analyzer could analyze many admixture's influence on hydration process.
