Through the way of equal channel angular rolling(ECAR) on warm forming, the author mainly researches the plasticity and the drawing properties of the AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets in the article. The drawability and technique of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets processed by two different rolling processes are investigated by warm tensile test, rolling test and drawing test, and analyse the effect which temperatures and rolling processes bring to yield ratio, strain hardening exponent, plastic strain ratio and LDR. By Research and Analysis the property parameters which are under the different temperatures, main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) The property of the hot rolling technique is best at 300℃, and the maximal ratio is 32.5%.The rolling capibility at 300℃is better then 250℃,and compared with 150℃, the ratio increases by one time. When the temperature preponderate o-ver 300℃, the Y -values will be less than one. Therefore, in order to gain the better drawability, the drawing temperature should be not in excess of 300℃.(2) Compared with as-received sheet, grains are finer and basal texture, yield strength, yield ratio, plastic strain ratio all decrease, while strain hardening exponent increases for AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet processed by equal channel angular rolling(ECAR) along the rolling direction. This indicates that the drawability of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet can be improved effectively by ECAR process.(3) The maximal limiting drawing ratio(LDR) of the as-received sheet is 2.83 at 300℃, while which of as-ECARed sheet achieves 2.95, which has better draw-ability at warm condition.
