| In this thesis, we have prepared the Keggin and Dawson polyoxomolybdates compound and study the electrochemistry property in ionic liquid, besides we used as a bulk-modifier to fabricate a chemically modified ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]) carbon paste electrode (ILCPE) by direct mixing. The achivements wasshown as follows:1. Inorganic-organic hybrid material was synthesized Keggin [Me4N]3[VMo12O40]·2CH3CN and our group reported Dawson [NH(CH2CH2OH)3]6V2Mo18O62·3H2O with the aim of exploring their electrochemistry and electrocatalytic abilities in ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate. ([BMIM][PF6]), both of compounds are active for the electrocatalytic reduction of nitrite and have been demonstrated to be powerfully efficient in the electrocatalytic oxidation of L-Cysteine (CySH) and thus could be used as an amperometric sensor for the determination of CySH.2. Inorganic-organic hybrid polyoxometalates [(CH3(CH2)6N]3 [VMo12O40] have been designed and immobilized prepared by solid-state reaction at room rature and on the surface of graphite electrode by the ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]) as link for the first time. IlCPE not only displays good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of hydrogen peroxide and the oxidation of L-cysteine thus could be used as an amperometric sensor for the determination of hydrogen peroxide and CySH;but also exhibits a remarkable advantage of renewability in the event of surface fouling, as well as simple preparation and inexpensive material. . |
