This thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter introduces the application of the 1, 2, 3 - triazole. Years of research indicates that these compounds have broad application prospects in organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and materials chemistry and many other fields, because of their unique structure and chemical properties. Particularly, they have many successful applications in medicinal chemistry, for example, inhibit bacteria, anti-allergic, anti-HIV-virus,anti-tumor, as well as in controlling cardiovascular disease-related metabolic balance of potassium, and they also have successful appilication in herbicides, antifungal agents, dyes, etc. This chapter maily introduced its anti-bacteria and HIV virus, as well as the application of pesticides. The second chapter is to review the synthesis of 1, 2, 3-triazoles. We mainly discuss 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides to alkynes, which was first proposed and studied by Rolf Huisgen. Sharpless and Fokin developed copper(I)-catalyzed cycloaddition reaction for synthesis of 1, 2, 3-triazoles.The third chapter studies the non-copper catalyzed synthesis of various 4, 5-disubstituted -1, 2, 3 - triazoles at room temperature. There are few papers for the 4, 5 -disubstiruted-triazoles. In this chapter, the 4, 5-disubstituted-triazoles are directly obtained by using of acetylene ketone and sodium azide. This reaction has many advantages, such as safe, effective and convenient operation.
