Heterocyclic chemistry is an important component of organic chemistry, the pyrrole, indole derivatives is one of the areas most active in heterocyclic chemistry and occupies an important position. Pyrrole and indole-structural units are existed in a wide range in natural compounds and drug molecules. And a wide range of applications. Therefore, the development of efficient and green synthesis methods of pyrrole derivatives and indole derivatives are a huge concern to people.Organic catalysis is a research hotspot in recent years, especially in metal - organic catalysis, due to high-performance, application by a wide range of features, much attention has been paid to bis-Schiff Base metal catalysts. It is very important content to study the structure of ligands and reaction conditions on the reaction of the catalytic activities in the field of the catalytic synthesis. And it is highly valuable to take advantage of the catalytic activity to achieving some special reaction. In view of this, this article use bis-Schiff base metal complexes catalysts synthesis of a series of pyrrole derivatives and indole derivatives, and reaction conditions were optimized. The thesis includes two major parts:The first part is about literature review. The progress briefly introduced the Schiff Base metal catalysts in organic reactions of the application; focused on synthesis of pyrrole derivatives and indole derivatives research methodology. The second part is about experimental content. Major work as follows:1. Michael addition of pyrrole andα,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds catalyzed by Bis - triazole Schiff-base metal complexes2. Michael addition of indole andα,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds catalyzed by Bis - triazole Schiff-base metal complexes3. Friedel-Crafts Alkylations of indole and Nitroalkenes compounds catalyzed by Bis - triazole Schiff-base metal complexesThe structures of new compounds were confirmed on the basis of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR spectrum and element analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction.
