Along with the increasing pressure of the diesel motor oil supply system, the part of the oil supply system is needed higher requirement. The common-rail pipe is one of the centre parts of the oil supply system. Less burr is required in the pipe, the chamfering is needed in the across holes, polishing is needed in the interior of the pipe.The abrasive flow machining is making the viscidity and elasticity abrasive flow through some special position of the parts. It is a technology process in deburring, polishing and chamfer. This technology is especially suit for those hard polishing interior figure. The grinding action is only produced in the place which the abrasive flow medium was restrictive position. So the abrasive flow medium is needed to lead into the machined position by the clamp. Different kind of abrasive particle, granularity, density and the carrier viscidity can make different grinding effect.The common-rail pipe abrasive flow machining equipment is designed in this paper. The abrasive flow medium is dispensed, a whole process project is proposed. Based on the GAMBIT software, the common-rail pipe two-dimension simulation model is founded. Based on the equipment design parameters and the process, with the help of FLUENT software, the abrasive flow polishing Computational Fluid Dynamics has been done. The pressure and velocity distribution picture is gotten internal the workpiece. Compared with the four ways machined together, one channel machined is better in the polishing consistency.
