Various types of pipe inside surface finishing has always been ultra-precision machining problems. With regard to this difficult problem, Experts at home and abroad attend it for a long time.In this paper, rotating abrasive jet polishing fluid dynamics analysis carried out, on this basis, developed a new type of polishing device to polish the surface of the pipe and to cavitate its processing of ultra-precision. Pressure from a certain impact on the polishing liquid propulsion leaves, so that leaves rotating sphere at the same time driven polishing head spin, rotating polishing slurry flow rate of the first limit, so that slurry produced on the wall extrusion and friction, the realization of the inner surface of pipelines to carry out polishing processing. Control of slurry pressure, flow and polishing the first forward speed, to control the work of polishing head polishing the surface of the pipe inner surface of the realization of ultra-precision polishing. ANSYS software used on the blade surface polishing fluid flow trace the dynamic simulation and analysis of fluid flow rate and pressure, have been able to achieve stability in the scope of polishing pressure.
