In this paper,Co based alloyed powder composite coatings on GCr15 steel were produced by TEM00 laser cladding with synchronous powder feeding method.With the equipments of optical microscope and Rockwell hardness tester,we study the effect of the laser processing parameters on Co47-49-1 alloy single-channel laser cladding layer.Optimized the optimal processing parameters,Co/WC with Co47-49-1 alloy powder are coating on GCr15 by multi-track overlapping laser cladding.By using SEM,XRD,TEM and friction wear testing machine,the effect on metallic phase structure,microstructure and frictional wear character are studied systematically.The experimental results indicate that:when the power is 1100W,the scanning speed is 300mm/min,defocusing distance is 35mm,powder feeding speed is 7.12g/min,the dilution rate of Co47-49-1 alloy single-channel laser cladding layer is low,and the quality is the best. Multi-track overlapping laser cladding Co based power layer is composed byγ-Co, CoCx,Cr23C6,CoW2B2 and Co6W6C phases.With the increasing of WC content in the composite coating,the wear resistance increase gradually.The wear volume of Co+6%WC laser cladding layer is decreased by 90%with matrix,and wear resistance increased 6.5 times as well.Wear mechanism changes from abrasive wear to abrasive wear and adhesive wear gradually.
