With the development of modern science and technology, each kind of advanced technique gradually applies in the manufacture system. To improve the level of CNC's application and to achieve high efficiency NC technology is the topic of developing of NC processing technology today. We use the optimized cutting parameter to replace the experienced cutting parameter input by the craft in the process of ordinary numerical control finishing, achieving the goals of improving the processing efficiency, reducing the processing cost and obtaining the high quality product.This article has established the mathematical model of optimization parameter which in the numerical control processing, through analyzing the each factor which affects the cutting results in the process and has obtained the restrict conditions of majorized function. According to the analysis, the writer proposed that to use the neural network and GA to carry out the optimization plan of mathematical model, and to model of the non-linear mapping relation with the neural network between the cutting parameter and the result in processing. Due to the study of GA in MATLAB, then it has carried on the bounded optimization of the parameter and has made the experimental study on the optimized result.The application of the optimized result in the processing simulation enhanced not only the cutting time, but also the cutting efficiency.
