In the recent years, the demanding of international market for short-term anti-corrosion steel pipe surface is becoming higher and higher(Exports such as marine transport and short-term open storage). The reality is traditional anti-corrosion measures have been unable to meet market requirements,but The cost of imported equipment is very high and the equipment's installation need a very long cycle, in addition the cost of equipment maintenance is very high also. Currently,study of new domestic steel pipe anti-corrosion system is looming ahead.Traditional paint Recycling Recycling can only paint part of the larger particles, but part of its aerosol paint should not Recycling, so has its recycling efficiency is always been not high. In this paper, with wire mesh filter theory, have designed a relevant equipment can recyle aerosol paint, it greatly improve the utilization of the coating and reduce the operating costs of equipment. Because of its atomized spray gun after spraying the non-uniform flow distribution, and cause the film thickness non-uniformity. Based on the spray atomization spray flow distribution after the analysis of the scope of the spray increases superimposed to the uniformity of film thickness to achieve the best results. The result for the future of design, such as the choice of gun, how the distribution and the superposition of the best distance, such as spray rate optimization design provides a theoretical basis.The main work and achievements are:1. Involved in the steel pre-UV spray machine overall mechanical, electrical design;2.For the recovery of traditional aerosol paint can not to recall the use of wire mesh filter, and through theoretical analysis and experimental results testing the efficiency of its recovery to the recovery efficiency of more than 95%; 3. Against the film thickness non-uniformity problem, increase the use of the spray mode superposition analysis of the overlay after the spray flow rate within the scope of change, through the simulation analysis of the uniformity of film thickness control within±5% and approved the experimental data verification;4. Finish the PLC program projects of the steel UV curing machine, and participate in the completion of the testing equipment.UV curing of the paint spraying machine Recycling and the film uniformity control of key technologies in these two parts of the research and development, improve the utilization of the paint and the quality of the paint film, but the equipment is currently unable to special-shaped steel device (such as square tubes, rectangular tubes, hexagonal tubes, etc.) for homework, nor did associated uniformity test film, so this will be the next step.
