This paper focus on the improvement of half-round reamer design from it angle, because there are weakness which is lower endurance and complicate cutter production, when half-round reamer finish machine hole 2A12,7A07 deformation aluminium alloy. Then discussing the influence of heat treatment of quality of half-round reamer and cutting compound choose to component quality.The main content of each chapter as follow:Chapter1: discussing the realistic meaning of the half-round reamer improvement in my factory, research condition about aluminium alloy product technology in domestics and overseas. And describe the research improvement password of deformation aluminium alloy component finish machine hole reamer.Chapter2: relative theory knowledge, mainly introduce aluminium ally property,compositions mental cutting and principle.Chapter3: introduction to experiment condition and experiment result analysis in this research work.Chapter4: put forward the improvement password of half-round reamer also show it's efficiency, and analyze the weakness of reamer heat treatment process in my factory . giving the improve advice.Chapter5: introducing the influence of different kinds of cutting compound to surface deformation aluminium alloy component hole, and determined the cutting compound ratio suitable to my factory.Chapter6: conclusion of the whole paper , pointing out the innovation in this paper and the improvement problems.
