In order to improve the ceramic material the propertites of friction and wear under high temperature,It was studied that SiC composites were fabricated by direct-adding metal component/smoother(Ni,PbO,MoS2,Ti) powder,using reactive-sintering in vacuum oven. We analyzed chemical change of SiC compound materials containing component after vacuum agglutination,existence way,density,porosity.Simultaneously inspected bending strength of composites and friction and wear under different temperature(the room temperature,300℃,600℃).Unioning microscopic analysis of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and so on,the mechanism of friction and wear of the compound materials under different temperature are discussed.The results were shown that the basic compose compound materials are SiC,the dissociation silicon,β-SiC of response production,the other composited-component are metal component added and Silicide,carbide and sulfide corresponding it.For example:PbO,MoS2,NiSi2,NiSi,NiS and so on..Because the density of adding metal component are bigger obviously than SiC,therefore density of compound materials enlarge along with the component increasing:The porosity enlarge along with the component content increasing; At the same time the bending strength also goes up.Research on The friction and wear indicated that contact surface product Pb-ingredient dissociation silicon in the material had a certain the influence on friction coefficient.Under function for heating and the friction heating The partial contact surface product and the dissociation silicon are oxidized in air.The Pb-ingredient in the material that contain PbO metal component can concentrate to friction surface,Thus the material friction coefficient can be influencedo The component content is a factor to influence the friction coefficient.Friction coefficient is different under the different component and temperature.Friction coefficient of this allocated proportion is the lowest under temperature(80SiC+5Ni+5PbO+10C). Comparing materials that don't contain metal compofient the wear rate of the SiC compound materials that contain Ni-PbO,Ni-MoS2 metal component reduce a rank,But the materials that contain PbO-MoS2 basically don't change;Along with temperature elevation,the first two groups'wear rates increase,but the latter group don't changes obviously.Under room temperature the wear of compound material is influenced by cutting attrition;Under the high temperature the wear is mainly affected by exhausted level attrition,simultaneously the cutting attrition and the abrasive wears also affect the wear.
