| HVOF technology is a high efficiency in the parts and components to the formation of surface coating process method, this method has a high flame speed, coating combined with high strength, good density, wear resistance and so on. At the promotion of this technology and the background of the growing industrialization, we research and design the control of the HVOF system, not only can improve efficiency of our existing equipment, but also improve the HVOF easily interoperability and intelligent, which is of great significance for commercial promotion and the application of HVOF equipment.This paper introduces the composition of HVOF control system, elaborates the technical requirements of the system. According to the technical requirements of the system, this paper presents the overall design of the system program, separately from the hardware and software described in two aspects: In terms of hardware, according to control requirements, a controller, pressure sensors, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, flow sensor, solenoid valves and electro-hydraulic proportional control valve are selected, as well as a display system is selected; On the software side, the main preparation of the main program, the system initialization procedures, AD sampling, DA output, PID regulation, as well as serial communication procedures and other related procedures. Especially it has carried on the analysis to the PID closed-loop control of the oxygen supply system, established the model of control system and given a realization on the procedures.Finally, the relevant job of Analog debugging is done, results show that: the designed control system meets the application requirement.
