The Malan coal firm of Xishan coal and electricity is a large scale coal selecting firm which produces 4.0Mt every year,and in the coal selecting craft in the processes of production,because the contents of sulfurs in the washed raw coal are high,acid coal slurry waters(PH is aboat 4~5) cause erosions of productive facilities and pipelines and affect the productive facilities'ordinary life seriously.In order to adjust the coal slurry PH value,we use the neutralizaing agent--lime to adjust the PH value,but because throwing the lime adopts the simple artificial method,and it will cause the bad environment,the high investment expenses,and simultaneously the PH value cannot be efficiently controled,so that the PH value reaches as high as 13~14,which creates the calcareous settling adhered to the pipeline and the surface of the equipments,and especially has more serious influences on the strainer equipment..Simultaneously its alumina shale mired produces the coal spate seriously miring,the contents of fine silt became high.Because of the large contents of fine silt and the low sedimentation velocity of coal spate,the coal spate is more difficult to precipitate,leading to the fine grain coal slurry unceasingly to circulate in the craft system gathers,and has affected the enterprise's regular production seriously and can't achieve the requirement of the washing waterclosed circuit and washing with clean water of the coal slurry water system in the coal selecting firm.In order to realize the social environment benefit,the enterprise economic efficiency win-win,solves Malan inorganic acid high pelization coal sludge water treatment technically,the discussion and investigation on technical parameter and technical process choice of acidic waste water and the high pelization coal sludge water treatment appears extremely essential.This article in view of the Malan coal firm's coal slurry water acidity,the high mired characteristic, the emphasis reaserches are on:the choice on the PH value regulation of medicament,the determination on the way in throwadding and the increment;the choice of best flocculation medicament and the ideal water power condition in the process of the coal slurry water;the determination on the throwadding increment and the key influent factor in the process of the coal slurry water.The research indicated that:uses solid slice medicament NaOH to adjust PH value can acheive the ideal processing effect,simultaneously it has the advantages of less medicament,convenient operation and clean working environment.Aims at its characteristic selecting polyacrylamide PAM-7080 as the processing medicament is not only economical,but aslo has large velocity in the processing of muddy-liquid sinking,low turbidity of water leakage,and broad available range of PH value,can realize good processing effect,achieve the realization of washing water closed circuit versatily.The simultaneous reseach indicated that:when 607 concentraters(primary section) and 612 concentraters(secondary section)enter coal slurry water mix processing(the mix volume compares=1:2, SS=30-50g/L) the increment of NPAM-7080 is 4-8mg/L,the best G value is 150-300S-1,the best T value is 5-10S,the best GT value is 1000-2500;607 and 612 concentraters enter the material mixwater sample,uses the branches to throwadds(to divide into two),when coal spate density SS=20-40g/L,the mounts of the NPAM-7080 is 2-4mg/L,the branch throws can save the medicament approximately 15-20% comparative to one time throw;Inorganic coagulating agent throws cooperate with the organic flocculant when adds,607 and 612 concentraters enter the material mixwater sample,when coal spate density SS=20-40g/L,inorganic medicament Al2(SO4)3 throws the increment is 0.06-0.12g/L,NPAM-7080 throws the increment is 2-4mg/L,best mixes the stage G value is 500-750S-1,the best T value is 50-70S; The best flocculation stage Gvalue approximately is 50-80S-1,the best T value is 10-20min.Base on the experimental foundation,according to the situation in which 607 section and 607,612 sections of coal slurry water samples under the best water power condition can satisfy the water leakage turbidity and the muddy-liquid level sinking,we establish mathematical model on the relation between density and medication quantity:607 sections of coal slurry water samples flocculation processing throws the dose anddensity mathematical model Y=0.0288X+0.7155,the square of R2=0.9853;607 sections of coal slurry water samples flocculation processing throw the dose and density mathematical model Y=0.128X—0.3932 under the high mired condition,the square of R2=0.988;607 sections and 612 section of mixes coal slurry water samples flocculation processing throws the dose and density mathematical modelY=0.0553X+0.0541,the square of R2=0.9448;607 sections and 612 section of mixes coal slurry water samples flocculation processing throw the dose and density mathematical model Y=0.2534X-0.0129 under the high mired condition,the square of R2=0.9735.
