Sludge is the final product of the biological sewage treatment. Nowadays, the cost of disposition for sludge is very expensive, which is 25%~65% of the cost for building sewage treatment plant. It has became a heavy burden. In Daqing Petrochemical Corporation sewage treatment plant biochemistry sewage increased rapidly. The amount of effluent sludge is 4000 m3 every month, and the dewaterer system available is not content with excess sludge reproduction at present. A large number of excess sludge can not get timely disposed,which produce an serious effect on normal function of biochemistry system. We should put fountainhead control in the first place facing up to one difficulty after another.Sludge treatment should follow principle of reduction. Terminal treatment is supplementary.Through the research we found out: In the second chapter, effects of two activated sludge process (complete composite,oxic-settling-anaerobic process)were studied and found that oxic-settling-anaerobic was best process in reducing sludge yield. The COD removal rate were not influenced, but effluent NH3-N concentration was slightly rise and effluent PO4-P concentration were reducing,meantime,oxic-settling-anaerobic process could improve SVI.In the third chapter,effects of three activated sludge process condition were studied and we found out that their Yobs were lower then 0.35 mgMLVSS/mgCOD. The COD removal rate were not influenced, and SVI were good. This project provide technology to Daqing Petrochemical Corporation sewage treatment plant biochemistry system.
