Saertu, Putaohua, and Gaotaizi is the three oil-bearing layer systems of Lamadian oil fields, and all is terrestrial sandstone and mudstone deposition. Considering the basis of regional characteristics in the Sabei, according to the effective permenbility of the oil-bearing layer and the oil sandbody morphology, the three oil-bearing layer systems is divided into three different oil layers. In the 1990's, Lamadian oil fields carry out the injection-production development that enhance oil recoveryj by polymer flooding in the top reservoir. In the process of it, because non-uniform injection profile that is made by permenbility differences between layers have serious impact on the effect of polymer flooding, through the stratified polymer injection we mitigate layers conflicts and enhance the effect of polymer flooding. However, results show that due to the matching problem between polymer and oil ,even we carry out the stratified polymer injection, the poor nature reservoir is still difficult to inject into, and substantial increase in recovery of polymer flooding only lies on the recovery whose situation is well, the improve of recovery in worse reservoir is not high. With polymer flooding is coming to an end in top reservoir, polymer flooding is about to begin in the other types reservoir of Lamadian oilfield whose vertical differences are more serious, Therefore, in accordance with the deposition characteristics of sub-layers in Lamadian fields, combining the characteristics of the remaining oil distribution, we carry out technical studies of different nature and different layers in the sub-layers that will put on polymer flooding.In this paper, starting with the basic characteristics of reservoir in Lamadian oilfield, by means of the results of explaining the water-out layers in new wells, airtight coring data, sidewall coring data, and numerical simulation and its data, classification criteria are determined in the sub-layers that inject polymer into, and the standard of different layers and situations within the polymer layer, at the same time the injection parameters that match the subdivision polymer layers (Including polymer molecular weight, injection rate, injected concentration).
