A Study On Applying Foam Agent In The Pilot Of Natual Gas-Polymer Flooding

The field pilot of the two phases of natual gas-polymer displacement was developed at 7-P1988 well group in west northern block of Lamadian Oil Field. Results show that the pilot can expand spreading volume, and improve displacement efficency. But it is also found that the output of nature gas is increased sharply after injection volume reaching 0.03PV.To insure the pilot's effect, we started the reseach on applying foaming agent. Study show when the foaming agent is mixed with polymer solution, the system can restrain gas fingering apprently. Profile ajustment slug and alternating slug containing the foaming agent also can reach the goal. Applying the lab results into the field pilot, new layers start production, and block water cut decreases by 1.7 per cent.
