The technology of horizontal well is a very important method for field development and recovery improvement, which has been used more and more widely in oil fields. Well testing analysis technique is a very important dynamic analysis method and basis to realize and evaluate the reservoirs as well as dynamic production monitoring. By means of reasonable oil well testing analysis, we could comprehended and mastered reservoirs characteristics, predicted its productivity so as to master its dynamic production and exploit the reservoirs effectively. So the thesis developed deep study about the method and theory of well testing analysis in horizontal wells.The thesis had deeply studied the flow characteristics of horizontal wells, mathematical models under different boundary conditions were established, the wellbore pressure solutions in Laplace space were solved and type curves in different conditions were described with the solution by Stehfest algorithm. These well testing models were: homogeneous reservoir with infinite boundary, homogeneous reservoir with constant pressure and circular boundary, homogeneous reservoir with impermeable and circular boundary. Homogeneous reservoir with complex boundary, including a parallel boundary , orthogonal boundary , parallel boundary ,canal boundary and rectangular boundary . Double porosity media reservoir with infinite boundary, double porosity media reservoir with constant pressure and circular boundary, double porosity media reservoir with impermeable and circular boundary. Triple porosity media reservoir with infinite boundary, triple porosity media reservoir with constant pressure and circular boundary, triple porosity media reservoir with impermeable and circular boundary. The well testing mathematical models, wellbore pressure solutions in Laplace space and type curves developed in this thesis had been developed to enrich the well testing analysis theory of horizontal wells, which had provide the science reference for realizing, evaluating and exploiting horizontal wells. So it could be put into the research of well testing analysis in horizontal wells.
