With the fast development of horizontal well technology,study on the eccentric wear between the sucker rods and tubes becomes more and more hot nowadays.The theory and factors of the attrition between the rods and tubes was studied in this paper. Meanwhile, Simulation analysis of wellbore trajectory data was conducted by cubic spline interpolation method, the method of display of wellbore trajectory was also studied. Considering the restraint of rod strings and the changement of deviation angle and azimuth angle, the paper study the movement of rod strings, all kinds of confriction on rods and neutral point, builds the mechanical model in three-dimensional space of sucker rods in horizontal wells. Basing on the mechanical model, the method to optimize the distance and number of centralizers was developed with node analysis, which makes the maximum deflection of two adjacent nodes less than the radius of tube,can satisfy the intensity of the sucker rods and technics .On the basis of theoretical research, software on the optimization of sucker rod string in deep pumping horizontal well was developed by Visual Basic. This software consists of three modules, which were the modules on wellbore trajectory plotting, the module on Layout and optimization modular of sucker rod, the module on Centralizer interspacing layout. The software is not only able to fulfill the actual needs of the scene but also be easy to operate. This software can fulfill the functions to calculate the forces and deflection of rods string and to collocate distance and location of centralizers. Finally, the application of actual project proves that the self-developed analysis software can precisely reduce eccentric wear between the sucker rods and tubes. The research of this paper was showed to have great instructive significance to the safe operation of horizontal well in field.
