In view of severe heterogeneity of unconsolidated sandstone,aggravation of sand and water production,annual increase of casing deformation wells but no matching sand control and water plugging technique,based on detailed research of mechanism of sand and water production,integrating finite element software ansys 9.0,this paper studies law of casing deformation by classical mechanical models.Phenolic resin has been modified by tung oil and boron.Boron substituted strong polar hydrogen atom of phenolic hydroxyl,which made thermal decomposition temperature increased to 420℃~450℃that was 40℃~70℃higher,alkylated flexible long molecular chain of tung oil was linked to carbon skeleton of phenolic resin,played intrinsic toughening effect to phenolic resin.Water plugging agent whose absorption hydroexpansivity and flow steering ability were good while in deep zone of reservoir was developed by experiments,particle size screening was convenient.New formula of casing deformation well sand control and water plugging integration technique:20% tung oil and boron modified resin,3 % curing agent,60 % reservoir sand,7 % oil soluble resin,10% water plugging agent,whose compressive strength was 10MPa and permeability was higher than 1μm 2,meet the demand of field.The new casing deformation well sand control and water plugging integration technique whose anti-corrosion capacity and anti-erosion ability are good is excellent at sand control and good at water plugging and is suitable for severe heterogeneity reservoir.Field application indicates the cost is low,period of validity is long,economic benefit is notable.
