Using electromagnetic fields in casting technology is a research that collects many subjects and new technologies in one such as mechanical,electrical,foundry and process technology. On the process of Aluminum semi-continuous casting production, adding a low-frequency electroma gnetic fields outside the mold can improve the solidification structure and ingot surface quality and so improve the quality of the slab.Complex magnetic field control system is duty for providing the current which generates electromagnetic fields for for electromagnetic stirring devices.Therefore, The research of complex magnetic field control system play a great importance to the applications of aluminum low-frequency semi-continuous casting.The power circuit uses matrix converter and sets the circuit as controlled variable.Discuss the relationship between the complex magnetic field and output circuit of power circuit.And a closed-loop output current control method based on the space vector modulation is designed. So that current is forced to trace reference and good control performance is obtained.In design of the control system, host computer is composed by PLC and touch screen, Based on the technology of SOPC, During the development of FPGA hardware using Verilog hardware description language design the system module such as double narrow high-frequency pulse generator,CAN module,liquid crystal display. Using the Cortex-Mi soft core of ACTEL to build an ARM embedded control core based on the Cortex framework. Designed man-machine interface circuit,watchdog circuits and voltage and current detection circuit.The design of software using the sturcture of embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱto achieve real-time task switching.Research and design the current waveform generator, and custom user's IP design-driven interface function.The thesis uses ADRC to control the output current.The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the dynamic performance of control systems and get Satisfactory control effect.The research and design of whole complex magnetic field controller are resonable and can achieve the desired effect.
