With the development of high-speed heavy-duty rail transportation,rail is gradually replaced by heavy rail. The corresponding point of the tip rail has been produced by special section of rail; materials are selected U75V steel, it provides a large stiffness, good wear resistance, security, and life-long lines accessories to improve the quality of lines.AT-type orbit due to a sharp end with the complexity of forging forming process, the feasibility, stability, forming quality, materials utilization, as well as how to improve the Mold life is pointed in the development of AT-type side rail forming process with the key points of consideration necessary.This article based on the production conditions of the workshop, the first use of Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine to measure the U75v steel at high temperature under hot compression of the flow stress to study the deformation parameters (deformation temperature, strain rate, deformation etc.) on the flow stress of steel U75V impact.
