| The development of modern high technology and new material will put forward higher request to the performance of the powder material. So have special size, dividing into level three-dimensional nano/microns of inorganic crystal material paying close attention to the thing more and more highly orderly of form.Hydrothermal treatment is used to change the morphology of aluminum hydroxide obtained by seed decomposition through changing different hydrothermal medium. The different effects of the morphology were investigated systemically by XRD, SEM, etc.The results indicate that: the phase of sample which was treated by water is gibbsite and boehmite. The phase structure changed from gibbsite into boehmite and gibbsite. The morphology of sample has transformed the 3D block into the flake for 24 hours at 140℃.The phase of sample which was treated by isopropanol and Na2CO3 is boehmite. The phase structure changed from gibbsite into gibbsite and boehmite, obtained boehmite finally. The morphology of sample has transformed the 3D block into the interpenetration assembled by nano flake for 24 hour at 140℃.The phase of sample which was treated by (NH2)2CO is AACH. The phase structure changed from gibbsite into gibbsite, boehmite and AACH, obtained AACH finally. The morphology of sample has transformed the 3D block into micro sphere assembled by thin lath.The mechanism of medium modification was analyzed and discussed in detail on the base of experimental results indicate that: The transformation of the morphology of samples is influenced by the transformation of the phase. The gibbsite is combined for block by hydrogen bond. Because of the destruction of the hydrogen bond, it transformed boehmite into the flake.The advantage of one dimension make the AACH form thin lath. Meanwhile, because of hydrothermal environment and the integration of kinds of ions, the sample has already formed the steady 3D structure. |
