According to the existing methods of forming Metal-Orgnic complexes, it was possible that rational design and synthesis of new structural crystalline materials by selecting certain geometric metal ions and special organic ligands. At the same time, effect and measures of ligand and metal-ion effects on the complexes structure are studied, and single crystal structure analysis and its properties study of the complexes are analyzed. It was possible that the research will both increase new content to organic-inorganic composites and supramolecular chemisty, and provide a new approach to find and select new organic-inorganic composites materials. This article was divided into four parts.In chapter one, the concepts, methods, histories and new developments of coordination polymers are concisely introduced, and complexes based on 1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid ligand are described generally. At the end of this chapter, we pointed out the importance of the search project and summarized the important results obtained in the thesis.In the second chapter, five complexed were synthesized and described generally. And we investigated the elemental analysis, the FTIR spectra, the fluorescence properties, thermal properties and the crystal structure of the complexes. Topology network types belonged to some of the complexes were studied.In the second chapter, complexes based on N-containing heterocyclic ligands were synthesized and investigated generally. Complex 7~8 formed Layered and Reticular three-dimensional supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds and Van der Walls force.Finally, spiro-compounds were synthesized. The Metal-Orgnic compound based on spiro-compounds has done some explorative research concerned, and has made some progress.
