The paper takes the case of Luohe plant in Huainan. Firstly, based on the investigating of region environment, carrying out the monitoring of environmental air quality; and implementing the field monitoring of air pollution source by using 3012-type dust instrument and tesco 350-pro equipment, I gained the mass of concentration of PM10 adopting weight method. Air pollution dispersion model, simulation is selected and the effects on atmospheric pollutant dispersion is forecasted after canceling the GGH device from FGD system from Luohe Power Plant second Phase 2×300MW power generator's. The results are as follows:1. Canceling the GGH device from FGD system makes reducing lifting height of smoke, and lifting height of smoke reduces the maximum 270 meters under canceling the GGH device conditions and the minimum is 14 meters.2. Under annual average weather conditions, when setting the GGH device from FGD system, the largest ground concentration of SO2,NO2,PM10 is respectively 0.0040mg/m3,0.0279mg/m3,0.0043mg/m3 under D stability; when canceling GGH in FGD system, the largest ground concentration of SO2,NO2,PM10 increases respectively 0.0076mg/m3, 0.0525mg/m3,0.0082mg/m3 under D stability, and ground concentration of SO2,NO2,PM10 increases respectively 0.0036mg/m3, 0.0246mg/m3, 0.0039mg/m3 after canceling GGH.3. Under static wind conditions, mass of concentration of sensitive points changes little between setting and canceling the GGH device from FGD system. Where pollution sources effecting area on is mainly Huainan second middle school, Huainan Municipal Government, Old campus of Huainan teachers college, Tianjia'an district government and the relationship of mass of concentration of air pollutants effected sensitive points: Tianjia'an district government>Old campus of Huainan teachers college>Huainan second middle school>Huainan Municipal Government.4. Under the conditions of fumigation, FGD system canceling the GGH device brings about important effect on atmospheric pollutant dispersion. Air pollutants'landing distance when canceling the GGH device from FGD system is fewer 309 meters than that of when setting the GGH device from FGD system. And the largest ground concentration of pollutants is about 10 times than that of general weather conditions. 5. Under different weather conditions, mass of concentration of environmental air quality changes little between setting and canceling the GGH device from FGD system. Mass of concentration relationship of sensitive points for environmental air quality is that Tianjia'an district government>Old campus of Huainan teachers college > Huainan second middle school > Huainan Municipal Government. Concentration distribution of air pollutant all the year round is that spring > summer> winter> autumn.6. When canceling the GGH device from FGD system, typical day average concentration of Shangyao Town is the largest for sensitive points of atmosphere pollution sources, comparing with setting GGH device from FGD, the concentration of SO2, NO2, PM10 increases respectively 0.0022mg/m3, 0.0155mg/m3,0.0024mg/m3 after canceling GGH. Daily average concentration of Huainan Municipal Government is the least, comparing with setting GGH device from FGD and the concentration of SO2, NO2, PM10 increases respectively 0.0011mg/m3,0.0066mg/m3,0.001mg/m3 after canceling GGH.
