In heading face of coal roadway with low permeability of coal seam, gas overrun, driving speed is slowly and high cost;Coal and gas outburst risk may occur in any time. In order to solve these series questions, on the base of current research achievement and worksite practice experience, this paper suggest to use deep-hole blasting and hydraulic flushing antireflection technique comprehensive. Study on low permeability outburst coal seam for strengthening antireflection has been researched. Combined with worksite measured data fromâ…£315 heading face in Meng Zhuang mine Wan Bei coal and electric group, Identify suitable optimal design for hydraulic flushing drilling disposition and deep-hole blasting parameters of this working face.Research show: by using deep-hole blasting and hydraulic flushing antireflection technique comprehensive, ground stress and gas pressure can be unloaded, increase coal body fracture around drilling and efficient exhausting and mining radius, improve coal body permeability coefficient. So increase coal seam exhausting and mining quantity, and increase exhausting and mining rate, shorten gas pre-mining time in coal seam. However, because this technique optimize operation program, improve production efficiency, achieved a good economic benefit ;Moreover, reduce the risk of coal and gas outburst, solve the problem of gas overrun and outburst at high gas-outburst coal seam heading face, realize the balance of"exhausting, driving, mining"in low permeability and high gas-outburst coal seam, benefit to roadway driving rapidly. It is a technique which has a highly value of popularization.
