This paper is aiming at high gas inclined longwall face,using computer numerical simulation,field measurement synthetic study methods, the study on characteristics of stress distribution in acclivitous coal seam and underhand stoping recovery method and gas pressure influence law is deep. The results show that inclined longwall face in asymmetric mining distribution,the stress concentration degree around working face is obviously different, drawing near goaf sides maximal stress and influence scope than adjoining entity coal sides; maximal stress of underhand stoping methods than overhand mining,but the distance which maximal stress of underhand stoping methods to working face coal wall small than overhand mining;In asymmetric mining layout, high gas coal gas pressure distribution also have asymmetric, drawing near goaf sides gas pressure small than entity coal sides;The stress distribution determine gas pressure distribution, alone working face marching direction, gas pressure distribution divided into distressed zone,increased zone and stable pressure zone;The gas pressure distribution zone is related with stress distribution zone,both of them is same in law,but they have difference in distribution range,the gas pressure distressed zone range is bigger than stress decreasing zone, the gas pressure increased zone range is smaller than stress increased zone, the gas pressure stable pressure zone range is equal to stress stable zone;The gas pressure maximum stress to working face coal wall distance advance maximum stress. The research results provided stable theoretical basis for high gas coal seam fully-mechanized face gas dynamic disaster control.
