The paper uses theoretical study, field measurement, laboratory analysis, computer simulation and other research methods, and studies adequately harnessing technology of anti-coal shaft outburst during coal uncovering and put forwards the technical process of anti-coal shaft outburst.The paper uses the mechanism of coal and gas outburst in theoretical research and studies the main physical properties and the theory of gas flowing theory , and is based in solid-fluid coupling theory, and studies ZHUJI mining auxiliary, and sets up a math model of coal and gas outburst, and uses multi-step hole sealing technology in the field aspects, and measures the coal seam gas pressure through gas-water separation devices, and measures the radius of gas extraction through SF6 gas and optimize designs extraction drilling. Gas Exhaust through gas drainage and emissions-intensive drilling. The paper analyzes coal by industrial analysis and measures outburst index in the experimental, and sets up the models of ZHUJI mining auxiliary tunneling working face at first in the computer simulation, and uses the numerical simulation software of rock failure RFPA2D-Flow, and simulates coal rock stress changes around gas extraction tunneling working face. Simulation results have reference value to the construction site and provide a theoretical basis for a better understanding of coal and gas outburst mechanism and perfect coal and gas outburst prevention and control measures.
