Water pollution of heavy metal pollution has been the outstanding issues in recent years, potassium permanganate, manganese-based compounds widely used in water purification treatment, and achieved good effect. In this paper, water purification hydrated manganese oxide on the basis of the composite PFS (PFS) of heavy metals in electroplating wastewater processing copper, lead, chromium. Hydrous manganese oxide in the study of crystal structure and nature of the premise, the main analysis of the experimental adsorption pH change and the effect of the relationship between the pharmaceutical dosage and effect relationship between the experimental adsorption, adsorbents and flocculants to join the order, the ratio and other factors and experimental adsorption process to determine the effect of the relationship between the basic parameters and processes in order to determine the laboratory simulation test to deal with the process of electroplating wastewater. The experimental results show that, pH = 7 8, the best experimental adsorption treatment; a singleδ-MnO2 in the amount of 0.005g 0.008g, Cr3+ has reached the effect of the removal of more good results, and with Cu2+, Pb2+ ion together to get rid of;δ-MnO2 with PFS adsorption of heavy metals in wastewater Cu2+, Pb2+, Cr3+ results were significantly better than a single use or a singleδ-MnO2 with PFS, the removal rate can reach 90%; first addingδ- PFS plus MnO2 wastewater treatment processes for the optimal process, in whichδ-MnO2 and PFS by adding the ratio of 3:1, the best adsorption treatment, the method used to treat industrial wastewater in the laboratory to achieve the national emission standards . This article find a coagulation-effective and feasible technology for waste water treatment line, the test for the future provide a reliable basis of experimental data and strength. This study not only of great practical importance, but also has some academic reference value.
