| Recently, with the development of automobile industry,aerospace industry,shipbuilding industry and die making shop, the demand of part performance becomes more and more high, the surface configuration of part performance becomes more and more complicated, so the demand of manufacture qualification should be improved. Five-axis NC machining has put into wide use in complicated camber, which is in possession of many features: flexible,high precision and high efficiency. The superiority of five-axis NC machining has been known to many people, but some defects also existed. In addition to fancy price, some urgent questions restraint further extension and exploit advantages. The essence of questions which lay in the motion of cutter is very complicated in machined surface. All in all, it is important of researching the forming of a toroidal cutter based on five-axis NC machining. The text has gotten some achievements as follow:1. Partial or overall interference existed in five-axis NC machining has been reduced or eliminated by adopting the forming technique of a toroidal cutter. The results are satisfying by way of check analysis or instantiation with dynamic simulation.2. Many questions on core knowledge,field of knowledge,methods and partial or overall interference existed in five-axis NC machining are elaborated.3. Geometric shape of surface on machined part has been governed by the swept surface of cutter. Derivation of swept surface has much to do with dynamic simulation of manufacturing procedure and the control of machining tolerance. Swept profile follows its processing route and forms swept surface. So the calculation of swept surface convertibles into the calculation of swept profile. At last, explicit expression of swept profile, based on fruit of research at home and abroad, has been gotten on an oscillating five-axis NC machining.4. Swept profile in different position of cutter curve has been analyzed on the basis of explicit expression. All kinds of probabilities on swept profile have been specified to lay a foundation for dynamic simulation of manufacturing procedure and the control of machining tolerance.5. Theoretical basis which has been established held together with the software of OpenGL. The mold of mouse has been built and simulated machined. The cutter surface of scanning object is smooth. The bridging of discrete scanning object is successive, which really reflect enveloping surface of scanning object. |
