Anthraquinone acid dye is one of the important kinds of acid dyes,which is divided into three types of structure-amine anthraquinone sulfornic acid,amine hydroxy and heterocycle three anthraquinone sulfornic acid.C.I.Acid Blue 350,is one of the typical amine anthraquinone acid dyes with the characteristics of well-colored,assorted in shorten time and reproduceable dye,used to dye wool,synthetic textiles such as nylon etc with little damage.Based on reviewing the bibliographer and analysing principles of processes,the process for preparation of C.I.Acid Blue 350 was studied.C.I.Acid Blue 350 was prepared starting from 2-4-diaminotoluene and acetic anhydride by acetylation,hydrolysis and sulfonation.The influece of temprature,catalyst and molar ratio of reactants on acylation reaction was investigated in experiment.The optimum reaction conditions were evaluated and the results showed that ethanol was the proper solvent and the appropriate temperatuare was 8-10℃, the mole ratio of 2,4-diaminotoluene and acetyloxide was 1:11.The yield reached to 80%.The factors of temperature,the amount of catalyst,the mole ratio and reaction time were studied.The proper conditions arylamination were obtained as following:the solvent water;the bromamine acid and 4- paracetamo1-2- aminotoluene 1:1.5;sodium carbonate and bicarbonate as acid agents;the controlled temperature 73-77℃;the reaction time 4 hours.The yield was 78%.Futhermore,the effect of hydrolysis reaction in different conditions was discussed:under acid condition,the influence of reaction time and ethanol amount;under alkali conditions,the reaction time and alkali density.The optimum reaction conditions were studied and the conditions finding displayed with the acid condition were selected as follows:the mole ratio of condensation product and ethanol is 1:200;reaction time 19-21 hours.The yield was over 99%.The experiment tested the effects of the different acid agent and tosyl chloride amount on sulfonylation.The optimum processing conditions were selected as follows:the sodium carbonate used as acid acceptor agent;pH 8-8.5;mole ratio of tosyl chloride 1.35...
