As intermediate link between CNC unit and machine, Servo Feeding System of CNC machine is an important part of CNC system. The accuracy of Servo Feeding System directly influences statistic and dynamic performance of system, as well as machining accuracy of machine.By taking CK6136 NC lathe made by Qiandaohu Huifeng Numerical Control Machine Manufacturing co., Ltd as the object to study, this subject analyzes and researches structure and errors of Feeding System, simulates dynamic performance and servo dynamic stiffness for each of Feeding Servo System on the basis of building mathematical model of NC Feeding Servo System. Analyzes the Influence of system parameters on dynamic characteristics and anti-interference performance, and optimally selects parameters. The main contents of this article as follows:1. Structure and positioning errors of Servo Feeding System are analyzed. The article is mainly on a detailed analysis about errors caused by elastic deformation of mechanical drive parts, proposes relevant measures to improve accuracy of Servo Feeding System.2. Build up mathematical model of Servo Feeding System, and the step simulations of the main parts such as current loop, speed loop and position loop, etc., were respectively performed to check parameter setting for Rationality.3. Analyze main influence factors of dynamic performance of Servo System, build up mathematical model of servo stiffness, simulate dynamic performance and servo dynamic stiffness of Servo Feeding System, and analyze position step response and disturbing force step response of system while changing system parameters.
