16 bacteria strains were isolated and selected from Fenghuanghe Constructed Wetland in Chengdu.SC. They were named N1~11,X1,L1~4 respectively. By study their cultivation features, community and individual configuration, indentificate their biological features, and combine with the result of 16SrDNA PCR Sequencing, then determined their category.According to the Bergey's Manual Determinative Bacteriology,the result proved that: N1,N4,N5,N10,N11 were Bacillus; N3,N8 were Sporolactobacillus; N2,N9 were Lactobacillus;N6,N7 were Streptococcus; X1 was Nitrobacter; L1 was Ralstonia; L2 was Pseudomonas; L3 was Mycobacterium; L4 was Rhodococcus.By molecular identification, the follows bacteria strains can classified to species: N10,N11-Bacillus pumilus; L1-Ralstonia eutropha; L3-Pseudomonas putida.Some bacteria of appliacation value to the puriying effect of constructed wetland were isolated and selected in this study, which will give referential valve to optimize the microorganism and further improve the puriying effect of constructed wetland.
