Study On The Scheme Of Flue Gas Desulfurization For Coal-fired Boiler

This article is originated from the programme of research projects on the scheme of flue gas desulfurization for coal-fired heating boiler of YanDong heating station in Xi'an in order to resolve the problem of it's dust and SO₂ which exceeded the prescribed standards for the discharge,and make sure the boiler flur gas succeed to meet the standard for discharge.In the article,it introduced the standards for the discharge of atrnospheric pollutants,analyzed the current situation of desulphurization all over the world,studied on the principle of desulphurization,and compared it's advantage,shortcoming and economic efficiency of every scheme.On this basis,it designed a scheme of desulphurization and dust removal by surveying the schemes and effects for desulphurization of every heating station in Xi'an,at the same time integrated them with the actual condition and compared their investments, working costs,desulfurization efficiency and floor space by fuzzy mathematics.The method is adding a cyclone scrubber on the basis of it's earlier millstone water film dedustor,and adopted the dual-alkali flue gas desulfurization process.That made the flue gas desulfur system and the dust removing system run at the same time.Na⁺ as absorption has a strong affinity for SO₂.and it has great activity,so the equipment is not easy to scale or block up. At the same time,the slag water in the coal-fired boiler has many kinds of alkaline metal ion which can relieve the scalling problem,and it can also increase the concentration of the absorption,so the costs are reduced.The structure of the swirl plate makes it prevent scalling,on the other hand it makes the air-lluid exchange well,so the efficiency of desulfer and dust removing can keep on a high level.Once put Ca(OH)₂ into the resultant,it can be deduced to desulfurizer and recycled.At the same time,the cost of investment and operation is reduced.And the analysis of economic efficiency is involved in this article.
