Cutting liquid wastewater is a kind of industrial organic wastewater and generated during machining.It contain coolant and metal cleaning agent.The wasterwater has a complexity ingredients,high COD and poor biodegradability.According to the characteristics of the cutting liquid wastewater,the Bio-contact oxidation craft has proposed for this kind of wastewater.hi this paper,bio-contact oxidation process on through grease,such as coagulation and air-flotation after pretreatment of the biological treatment of water to test the feasibility studies with a view to cutting fluid for the engineering design of wastewater treatment and provide the basis for operation and management.The high concentration of Organic in the wastewater has certain toxic action to the microorganism.Especially when the sailnity density suddenly changes,the toxicity is more serious.Therefore,the first step is improving the sailnity gradully to enable the microorganism adapting this environment.In the experiment,the microorganism was domesticated by gradually increasing the concentration of influent.The results of the experiment are as follows:when the concentration of influent is increasing,the microorganism needs a period to adapt the stock.With temperature among 10℃-25℃and adequate dissolved oxygen,the biochemical system should to be acclimated about 30-40 days before regular operation.Phase of the normal operation of the system,and the results also show that we controlled the hydraulic residence time to be 10-24 hours and pH value of the inlet water among 7.0-8.1,aerated sufficiently,when the concentration of COD in the inlet water is among 664mg/L-896mg/L,ammonia nitrogen in the inlet water is among 30mg/L-39mg/L;the COD in the effluent is among 92mg/L-106mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen is a mong 4.55mg/L-9.15mg/L.removal rate are 85%- 88%and 72%- 86%.When the Bio-contact oxidation system was subjected to attack load,it would recover rapidly,about within 7-10 days.In addition,we researched the mechanism of the removing course of organic by the Bio-contact oxidation process,and got the biologic reaction mode of the degradation of organisms as:U = 0.3838×(S_e -38.57)/43.65 + S_e...
