| The research of micro-alloyed steel is a hot point of steel area; it is also a new tendency of the market requirement. It is the key aspect of researching and production micro-alloyed steel to draw up deformation parameter. While overcooling austenite continuous cooling transformation curves are important bases of determining the technology of heating,rolling,cooling,annealing ere.Using dilatation method and microscopic tests,the expanding curves at different cooling rates were measured and determined with Thermecmastor_Z thermal simulation machine.The expansion curves of phase transformation and the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curves have been plotted by origin software.In addition, by microstructure analyses of optical microscope and SEM,microstructures of micro-alloyed steel under different deformation parameters were analyzed.And The effects of deformation parameters on microstructure and phase transformation of the micro-alloyed high strength steel were analyzed.The transformation processes of austenitic of alloyed steels during continuous cooling,and the microstructures and properties of transformed phases were studied,which provides the theoretically basis for determining of production technology. |
