This article mainly aims at wisco in ultra-low carbon steel rolling two hot-rolled strip, edge folding defects of were studied. Mainly analyses the characteristics of ultra-low carbon steel hot rolling oxidation and rough rolling and pure rolling temperature drop model. And simulating calculation results by using VB softwareDrawing the forming mechanism and the initial solutions of defect through observation of macroscopic and microscopic for the floding defect .Mainly from oxidation heating time, temperature and heating furnace atmosphere of oxidation degree of influence on the analysis of the characteristics of rolling.Using the data from experiment to optimize the empirical formula to ultra-low carbon steel back the oxygenation loss model. Rough rolling and pure rolling temperature drop model is derived by regression statistics way with the measured data, can see this model has good prediction, forecast and actual temperature temperature±15% than basic error. Lastly for computer simulation for the whole process, and puts forward the process optimization scheme, and gets the whole process of temperature drop.
