Relative permeability curve of polymer flooding is an important basic data to oil field development, but at present, there are still some deficiency on both testing method and theory calculation. In this paper, the non-Newton identity which were found during polymer solution passing through the porous medium was thought all-around, a new method of calculating relative permeability curve of polymer flooding with unsteady means was founded, the experiment method under supposed condition was ameliorated, the replacing velocity was kept in a constant in deed, and so, the experiment course could be kept identical with that of theory model. Using the new experiment method and data processing, the relative permeability curve of polymer flooding with the same concentration but the different molecular weight, the same viscosity but the different molecular weight, and the different viscoelasticity characteristic were researched in porous medium with different permeability, and the influence disciplinarian of characteristics of polymer solution and reservoir to relative permeability curve of polymer flooding were analyzed too. The result shows that: with the molecular weight of polymer increasing and at the same contain water saturation, the relative permeability of polymer phase decreased gradually, the oil-water span became large, the saturation of residual oil reduced gradually, the saturation at equal-permeability point increased. The conclusion was summarized as flowing: the microcosmic oil recovery could be enhanced by increasing the viscoelasticity of polymer solution; at the same contain water saturation, the relative permeability of oil phase in water-damp porous medium was bigger than in oil-damp porous medium,the relative permeability of polymer phase was lower, equal-permeability point and end point moved to the right obviously,the saturation of residual oil reduced gradually, it means that the polymer flooding efficiency in water-damp reservoir was better than in oil-damp reservoir; With the permeability of porous medium increasing, the equal-permeability point of the relative permeability moved to the right, the oil-water span became large, the saturation of residual oil reduced, ultimately recovery increased. This research filled an vacancy in the testing field of relative permeability of polymer flooding on non-Newton flow bases, the result can help to choose the polymer dosage and the molecular weight and to workout developing projects and forecast producing ability in local oil field, and it can still help to supply reliable basic data and experiment analyzing method for numerical study technique of polymer flooding.
