Most oil fields in China have entered the development phase of high water cut.By changing the injected agents to enhance the development of the effect of enhancing oil recovery in fields and blocks of high water cut has become the principal means. Previous chemical flooding method(for example, polymer flooding, alkaline flooding, surfactant flooding mainly),there are shortcomings and drawbacks of each. So finding a new green environmental protection and efficient method of flooding has become an important issue to be settled urgently. The technology of MD film flooding for the transmission medium based on aqueous solution, film flooding agent moleculars depend on the electrostatic interaction between ions and act as the driving force for the film. The effective molecules of MD film flooding agents deposited at negative electricity of rock surface formation nano-scale ultra-thin films. Molecules of MD films are polymer-based surfactant, and so, displacement of MD film flooding have the dual characteristics of the polymer flooding agents and surfactant flooding agents. It is a new type of oil extraction technology. In this paper, under the mechanism of condensation polymerization of epichlorohydrin and diethylamine at molar ratio of 1:1, at 60℃, reacted within 3 hours, we made the product of MD-1, It is a linear straight-chain polymer surfactant. We use radical polymerization and ring-opening polymerization of the way at the same time, under the epichlorohydrin and diethylamine at molar ratio of 1.5:1, at 60℃, reacted 3 hours,we made the product of MD-2, It is a polymer with a branched-chain-type surfactant. We used the intravenous contacted angle of JC2000CI / interfacial tension measurement instrument for evaluating, we evaluated the performance of the MD film flooding agent by measuring of the MD film surface tension of aqueous solution, we can see that, MD film can reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution system. Measurement of wetting angle data show that the regardless of the lipophilic surface or hydrophilic surface, rock surfaces change to the hydrophilic surface of direction by absorbing of MD film. We also studied the salinity of surface tension and wetting angle, finally, this paper, infrared spectrometer on the MD film structures were characterized, it shows that the polymer is a hydroxyl group with polyquaternium.
