| In recent years, with the progress of scientific and technological and the gradual improvement of environmental regulations, the technology of oil field water treatment also changed a lot. Oilfield oily wastewater treatment is mainly directed against the removal of its oil and CODCr, the conventional sewage treatment technology often can make the content of oil achieve standards, but CODCr can't meet the national effluent standards, so the secondary treatment and advanced treatment techniques become increasingly attention.This article is using of the solubility of green solvents - ionic liquids on organic matter to treat oil field sewage. The hydrophobic ionic liquid 1-butyl-3—Methylimidazole Hexafluorophosphate [bmim]PF6 is successfully synthesized, And oily wastewater has been processed using it, while the reaction time, the pH of solution and the amount of ionic liquid on the extraction effect are mainly surveyed. The experiments have a conclusion that when the processing time is about 15 minutes, the ionic liquids in dealing with is the acidic condition, and the volume ratio of processing and being processed fluid should be 1:5 ratio, there is a best treatment effect.Finally, through the analysis on chemical composition of oilfield oily wastewater and study on the experimental literature of using ionic liquid to extract the oil, aromatics and phenols, the article explores the mechanism on the treatment of Oilfield oily wastewater using ionic liquids. |
