As the deep oil and gas is exploited, the high circulating temperature about 180℃,has become a challenge to the well cementing operations. For a better solution to the contamination between mud and cementing slurry during the operation, a good compatibility and 180℃high temperature resistant spacer fluid system is developed, while waiting on cementing it assures over balance. The laboratory experiment result and the field test indicated that this spacer fluid system (180℃) has stable aerosol under the hot conditions, and has the good rheological property and the compatibility. Spacer fluid density is in 1.05~1.70 g/cm3 in scope adjustable. The application of this spacer of various density in 6 wells in Daqing oil-field is satisfying, the spacer provide a powerful technical support for the cementing job of deep oil and gas wells.
