The Research About Temperature Drop And Temperature Monitoring Alarming System Of The Floating-roof Tank

Oil house is an important department in oil field, with the increasing number of oil house, and domestic and international oil market uncertainty, all of them leading to time of oil storage tank being longer, generate heat loss, temperature decreases continuously. Once the temperature of crude oil tank reduced to a certain degree, it will cause the crude oil solidify in tank, the consequences will be severe. To solve this problem, the present main ways are thermal spray and more frequent changing cans of heating. Due to thermal spray operation is very complex and difficult, and power consumption is too big, so this method isn't often used in field. For heating Oil tank, due to the lack of necessary temperature measurement equipment for oil tank, lead to the temperature distribution in oil tank is not clear, so it's only way to take more frequently cans, it doesn't have the certain blindness, at the same time energy consumption and the workload is very considerable.This thesis is based on the basic data of floating roof storage tank in north oil house of daqing storage and transportation company to be the modeling theory parameter, using computational fluid dynamics FLUENT to simulate for crude oil oil temperature reduction process, and discussing heat transfer mechanism in the tank floating roof tank, finally get temperature changing in floating roof tank and out lead to density distribution of crude oil changed, so to get the conclusion which heat transfer of crude oil in storage tank is natural convection ;Through the theoretical and calculation analysis of establishment physical model of oil tank getting the temperature distribution, combined with the actual requirements of production research and design a set of tank temperature monitoring system has developed a set of application of real-time monitoring system of temperature distribution and alarm system in the tank, the system function is to real-time monitor and early warning and alarm for low temperature, while timing records temperature data about 77 temperature monitoring site in oil tank, 1 environmental temperature monitor site, the temperature of four place in real-time monitoring .Draw up software for data analysis to obtain the temperature data analysis. To analyze all the data of temperature, obtain the longitudinal and transverse crude oil temperature distribution discipline in storage tank and outside wall longitudinal temperature distribution discipline .
