Research On Settlement Of Beijing Nanzhan Iandfill

With the development of economy,the increasing of urban population and the improvement of standard of living, the generated quantity of municipal solid waste(MSW) increased at high speed in China. At the same time, with the progress of urbanization, the generated quantity of architecture waste at the progress of building and demolishing a building is also can't neglect. A kind of especial landfill is produced when municipal solid waste and architecture waste are mixed in landfill-miscellaneous filling landfill. Because of decreasing land resources, a lot of new building need to build on this kind of landfill. However, miscellaneous filling landfill can't use to be the base of building because it has its own a certain amount of settlement. As a result, research on settlement of miscellaneous filling landfill is necessary.In this paper, the author adopts the theory and mathematical analysis to develop the research of lanffill settlement integrating the project of a secondary using Beijing Nanzhan landfill and reading a lot of refefences extensively.In this paper, at the first, the author analyzes the settlement mechanism of miscellaneous filling landfill from mechanics and thermodynamics. Landfill settlement includes biodegradation settlement and compression settlement due to the difference of settlement mechanism.On biodegradation settlement side, base on settlement mechanism of biodegradation settlement, biodegradation settlement is parted settlement of volume decreasing for waste solid losing and settlement of frame adjusting for framework destroy. And two rational mathematic models are established. On compression settlement side, establish an original model using creep theory, and link the characteristic of finite strain of landfill settlement, establish a rational mathematic model of compression settlement.The results show that moisture content,porosity,organic matter density,mineral density,degradation quotiety and so on, will have an impact on landfill settlement; compression settlement is the fuction of dry weight,moisture content,E1,E2,ηand so on(E1,E2,ηare creep parameters).At last, calculate the settlement of Bei Jing Nanzhan landfill using the model in this article, the result accord with the trend of the landfill settlement.
